Congratulations on every count! You've got a few years to get a plan sorted out. Military?
For us figuring out why we wanted to homeschool was the first step, then choosing to lean in hard on that most important thing. For some it's academics, others the desire for a close relationship, or religious reasons.
I am involved with a religious onsite co-op that gets a huge amount of funding through a virtual public school system. There are minor caveats associated, but it's essentially a grift for a bunch of bureaucrats to get paid to basically do nothing, since we handle it all. Of course, we have plans if some fanatics kick us out of the system, but for now we'll take the money.
Co-ops are a great experience that generates community, better than even parochial schools. It also generates a culture your kids can gravitate towards even after their school days are over.
Thanks for the feedback, I questioned that line. For some guys they're already doing all they can, so a word like that is irritating and frustrating. For others, they need to hear it. But, are those guys reading Substack?
very few pussies respond well to being called a pussy. they need a friend, higher expectations, accountability, and encouragement in my experience in conjunction with hearing this truth. i bemoan the tendency in conservative discourse to associate this sort of speech as salutary, which seems to have more to do with the posturing of the author than any good it will do to readers, other than to normalize this sort of talk as old school or masculine.
Interested in learning more. I’m retired with a 6 month old daughter and she’s 100% going to be homeschooled.

She's going to be wonderful.
Wonderful. If just 10% of moms would put in this kind of effort, we could change the country for the better.
The state’s answer is licensure, which insurance companies, bankers, and unstable Karens everywhere support.

I hadn't heard of that permutation before. Encouraging! Keep up the good fight.
nice ending with the choose your own exhortation.
What do you think, was the exhortation for the guys encouraging?
Love the encouragement to bring wives home. Dont like the tate vibes about earning more as most men are trying thier hardest i think.

Thanks again.

That's a good word, and well put.
